Guinevere
Guinevere was a beautiful woman, queen, wife, and friend. She had a sweet heart, and everyone adored her. She was the wife of King Arthur, although she actually loved Lancelot. The sad part was, she never had any children. Some think that she just wasn't physically able, others think it was just by chance she didn't have any kids.
Guinevere met Arthur when he saved her when she was being abducted. So, from there she became Arthur's wife. Lancelot didn't come into her life until later on. They came to know each other after Lancelot was asked to be in the Round Table. At first, Guinevere didn't want Lancelot to join because she knew she'd fall in love with him. However, her attempts to refrain from falling in love failed, because eventually, they did. They loved each other to the fullest. It was basically a love triangle; Guinevere loved and respected King Arthur as her king, but she loved Lancelot as her soul mate. Lancelot loved Guinevere with all his heart as well, but also loved, respected, and looked up to King Arthur as his best friend. Then, Arthur knew Lancelot and Guinevere loved each other, but he loved Guinevere as his wife and loved Guinevere as his best friend. So, that whole situation was just a big mess.
However, she and Lancelot had an affair together, and when it was made public, Guinevere was sentenced to death. During her execution, Lancelot came in and saved her. Unfortunately, this tale isn't a fairy tale, so the two could not live together forever.
